A velvet-smooth blend of cherry, almond, chocolate and caramel, ground fine so it drips slowly and thickly through a phin. Sold fine ground only.

Brewing

Through a phin: fill the filter, add a little hot water to bloom, then let it drip for four to five minutes. By the cup: about 18 g of coffee to 300 g of water.

Grind

Whole bean keeps longest. Fine is what a phin needs. Coarse suits a French press, medium a drip machine or pour-over.
